Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are dispatched with Australia Post. All international orders are dispatched with DHL. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within Australia. You will not incur any additional shipping charges unless you request expedited shipping or any other speciaised services. In such cases, the cost will be $20 for express shipping.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (from your dispatch date)
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (from your dispatch date)
International Shipping: 15-25 business days (from your dispatch date)
Tracking:
All orders will be assigned a unique tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment online through the carrier's website.
Lost and Stolen Package Policy:
We take pride in ensuring that your orders are processed and dispatched promptly from our warehouse. However, once a package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we are no longer able to control or monitor the package's delivery.
Signature Upon Delivery:
To enhance the security of your package, we recommend selecting the option for a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your package is handed directly to you or someone authorized at your address, providing an additional layer of protection against lost or stolen packages.
In the event that your package is reported as lost or stolen:
Contact the Carrier: First, reach out to the carrier using the provided tracking number. They may be able to assist in locating the package or provide further information.
File a Claim: If the carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen, you may need to file a claim directly with them. Most carriers have procedures for handling lost or stolen packages
Our Responsibility:
Please note that once a package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss or theft that occurs during transit. We do our best to ensure that packages are securely packed and dispatched, but we cannot influence the handling or delivery process once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
